SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Keep in mind that each order is handmade and made to order. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from Sacramento, California, United States. USPS tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Once the package has shipped, shipping time is usually 2-3 days, depending on location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat Rate of $13. International packages will be shipped First Class International Mail / which can take from 2-6 weeks to arrive /up to three weeks to arrive respectively. In addition, there may be VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES upon receipt of the order which normally include things like taxes. You're responsible for paying those. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service. SoBadAsh is not responsible for any additional customs fees and or duties.

Please note - USPS tracking ONLY tracks within the US. Once it leaves the US you are unable to continue tracking. Any questions regarding this? Feel free to contact me.

 

SoBadAsh is not liable for damages or loss of any package once 'in the hands of' USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

We want you to LOVE everything you ordered from SoBadAsh but sometimes we need to try it on. While we don't offer refunds, we'll happily exchange your order for another size if/when available or offer store credit. 
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 
If any worn or used items are shipped back to us, we will be unable to process an exchange and will notify you for the next steps. 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER FOR STORE CREDIT

Please follow either of the below options to process your return. 
1) Email ashley@SoBadAsh.com for a pre-paid shipping label and drop off the package at your local USPS or UPS. Please note this option comes with a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit. Once your return is received, we'll email you your store credit info.
2) Ship your return item(s) to SoBadAsh and email ashley@SoBadAsh.com with your email address, order number, and tracking details. We'll then email you your store credit info. This option has no restocking fee. 

 

If you receive an item that was incorrect or damaged & SoBadAsh is responsible. Please contact me ASAP with an order number and images of the damage (if applicable) and I would be happy to refund or correct the mistake. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding that I am a human too!
